”Extremely basic amenities in the bathrooms- given the daily accommodation rate we paid. No device supplied to remove snow from front path- had to borrow from a neighbour.We may have been staying in a hotel, no warmth in communication- they noted that they manage over 100 places and offered a 5% discount on further stays up until the 30th December 2025 with the offer sent to us January 2026.”
