Hotel was very clean and staff was extremely polite. International breakfast at Plate was excellent. I highly recommend to stay in Carlton when visiting Bangkok.

Property was newly opened in 2019 and is extremely well maintained. Hard product feels luxe and comfortable - a nice haven to return to after exploring the city. Hospitality is top-notch - Service staff is very attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

I love everything about this hotel. I love the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the location of the hotel, and above all, the sense of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life. Bangkok can be overwhelming and too hot.

After 20 hrs of travel Bangkok Carlton allowed us to decompress and take advantage of a bustling metropolitan city. Lots of traffic though, so if you have a date allow for extra time to arrive.

Hotel magnifico, nuovo, stanze moderne con vista sui grattacieli della città, piscina bella e pulita, staff cordiale e sorridente. Zona perfetta vicina alla metro, allo SkyTrain e vari centri commerciali e food court. Tutto considerato, il miglior hotel in cui sia mai stato.
