Good hotel, but prices a bit high

Still amazing, but not perfect
My 2nd visit to Novotel Impact. Last time was 10/10, this time I give 9/10. Like last time, also was in Premium room to have access to lounge. Things that made it lose 1 point: - The snacks served in Afternoon tea and Cocktail hour were pretty poor, just some basic bread etc. Last time had bigger variety and better - Saturday evening called room service and the guy who answered spoke very bad english. Luckily girlfriend can speak Thai so we got food - GF took some Thai food from 'signature menu' it was really tasteless. You can get better food from any street booth Good things worth mentioning: - Burger I took from room service was lot bigger than expected. Also tasted very good, easily worth the cost - The pool and sauna area is nice and quiet - Once again, the girls at the 10th floor lounge are just wonderful I still recommend the hotel but if you go, do pay the extra to get the premium room. For sure worth it, just for the luxury of eating breakfast in quiet.

Amazing experience
I stayed in 10th floor as premium guest, note that while reading the review. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything worked just perfectly, making our trip really amazing. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, everything works really well in hotel and location is great! We ate breakfast in the premium lounge nearly every morning, it has little variety but gave good start to the day. One day we went to Square to eat, but while there is more variety there, the service is not that great there due lots of people. Square itself has very good buffet dinner, but the price is bit high. The location of the hotel is also great: in IMPACT arena you can find restaurants, use the IMPACT shuttle to go mall/market where you can find traditional Thai food or buy things. Or if you wanna go to Bangkok, just take free minibus to Mo Chit. The drivers can be bit crazy in times tho... If you go as premium, do use the Lounge in 10th floor. The staff there is simple awesome! The services are very nice too, was very full in times but even then staff had time to take care of us. If I have to find some negativities: The WiFi login system is bit outdated, I had some issues always to login again after 24h. And getting warm water in shower was tricky as there was small window in faucet when it was good. But overall: next time I go to Bangkok area, I'm not going to check any other hotels than this.

Had an event at IMPACT, super convenient to get back and front from the venue. Highly recommend if you're having an event near! Short walk.

Not what I expected from 4 stars hotel
I was very disappointed as I expected more from a 4 star Hotel. The hotel needs renovation, especially in the rooms. It was poorly cleaned, soap was from pump bottles which is simple. There should be a comb, toilet brush, children's razor and better soap in a 4-star hotel. There was no face tissue in the room. It was expensive for the quality. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better offers and quality.

Stayed at this hotel during the weekend when Suga was holding his concert there. The lobby and the morning buffet area was decorated with Suga's display. The effort the Novotel team had and made a lot of ARMYs felt very welcomed, myself included. Hotel is of walking distance to all exhibition halls and concert venues. Complimentary breakfast also have a wide variety of food to choose from. It takes about 20 minutes to DMK Airport by car. Just that to travel to the City Center (Siam/Pratunam) area takes a little longer and not much public transport nearby but grab is convenient as a backup.

お部屋は清潔かつ、広く快適です。 シャワーの出も良く、シャンプー、ボディソープも常設され良かったです。 IMPACTに用事があるなら最高の立地ですが、周りにお店が少なく、少し不便な立地です。 また朝食は美味しいですが、ベーコンが含まれず、少し寂しいラインナップでした。
