The place has the potential of a quaint Miami high end hotel. The view and location is second to none. It’s the best view I have had from any hotel. From there it is all down hill. The place has not been well maintained. The room was in terrible condition. It was not well cleaned, the TV did not work, he glass in the shower was hanging by a thread, the balcony had exposed wires, and I could go on and on. The staff was friendly and provided decent service. The owner tried to be attentive and even bought us a bottle of Champaign. We were the only guests in the hotel. Bottom line is that the location and bones have great potential. This hotel needs better maintenance and management.

Never Again

We had stayed in this hotel in the past, and since I was going to be in the area I figured why not stay here again. Biggest mistake ever! As soon as I walk into our room there was dirt on the floor which I politely asked the bell boy to get someone to clean. We drop our things quickly to go pick up our daughter from a family member close by. When we get back the same mess is there. When i go into the bathroom it looked like it hadn't been swept in days, the bed sheets and pillow case were dirty. the bed didn't even have a proper fitted sheet on it. At this point we had no where else to go so we had to suck it up. next thing you know my husband and I feel something biting us. We discover the very next day, we were bit by bed bugs NOT mosquitoes. There was only one nice gentlemen there by the name of Hansel who's service was superb and he was very pleasant. Other than that, I would not be staying here again. The owner may have renovated but he needs to focus more on these rooms and cleanliness. I paid way too much a night for my experience to have gone this way. Not even hot water in the shower, I had to bring my one year old daughter unbathed to the hotel we had in the capital and bathe her there. I have pictures but they are on my husbands phone. Outside of the rooms this hotel is beautiful, its really a shame.

Please note that this is a review for the hotel Ibiza. We stayed for one night. The AC was great but the shocker came about next morning. No water in the hotel. Breakfast was done before the listed.end time

Great views and great service

Beautiful views and huge rooms. We booked the suite which had 2 floors and amizing views of the bay. The owner is very attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay be as pleassurable as possible.
