Bali Beach Villa Asmara on yksinomainen huvila, joka sijaitsee Indonesian trooppisen Balin saaren pohjoispuolella. Huvila sijaitsee kauniiden vihreiden riisinjyvien ja Bali-merien laajojen hiekkarantojen välissä. Huvila sijaitsee lähellä aitoa balilaista Dencarikin kylää, joka on vain muutaman kilometrin länteen kuuluisasta Lovina Beach Resortista.

Asmara tarkoittaa indonesian kielellä ”rakkautta ja romantiikkaa”. He eivät olisi voineet valita parempaa nimeä tälle idylliselle paratiisille. Se on varmasti täydellinen kohde perheille, ystäville, pariskunnille ja häämatkalle. Bali Beach Villa Asmara mahtuu 10 vierasta. Viisi tilavaa makuuhuonetta ovat ilmastoituja ja jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone. Kahdessa huoneessa on king-size-vuode, kahdessa queen-size-vuode ja toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Tunnelmallisesta olohuoneesta tilavalla oleskelualueella on näköala puutarhaan ja merelle. Huvila on varustettu taulu-tv satelliittiyhteydellä, DVD-soitin ja laaja kokoelma DVD-levyjä, mukaan lukien suuri valikoima lasten elokuvia. Niille, jotka nauttivat laadukkaasta ajasta, on tarjolla erilaisia pelejä sekä biljardipöytä.

Huvilan sydän sijaitsee uima-altaan ympärillä, jossa auringonottajat voivat rentoutua mukavilla aurinkotuoleilla suurella terassilla. Terassi on osittain peitetty perinteisellä olkikattoisella alaglang-katolla, jossa on pitkä ruokapöytä. Henkilökunta auttaa mielellään kiertueen suunnittelussa kuljettajan kanssa tai ruoanlaittokurssien, snorklausta / sukellustunteja sekä hierontaa / joogaa järjestämisessä huvilassa sekä vaellusretkiä, delfiinien katselua ja skootterien / polkupyörien vuokrausta huvilan ulkopuolella. The on-site manager Kadek and her team are absolutely wonderful. You feel as if you are family with them from the moment you enter the house. They spoiled each of us, making our vacation completely relaxing. Having our meals perfectly prepared every day put us in the land of the rich and famous. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and close to so many fabulous places to enjoy whenever we left the house. The gardener never stops working to make the property beautiful. The night security just added that little extra feeling of safety although we felt very safe everywhere in Bali. I recommend that anyone who wants to live their dream of being spoiled, waited upon and have a luxurious trip to one of the most beautiful places on earth book this today.

Amazing in all Aspects!!!!

From the House staff, manager Kadek, night time security that you rarely see unless they are out cleaning the beach in the early morning or our driver Juli who picked us up from the airport and drove us around and was our tour guide basically. Villa Asmara was more than I could have asked for. They made everything possible and more for us. Like a special flower dinner on the beach at a local restaurant. There never was a no and they jumped at any request. I’ll will definitely recommend this place to anyone that thinks about going to Bali. I couldn’t say enough nice comments about the staff and the property.

Exceeded my already high expectations

This is a truly beautiful property. It looks beautiful in the photos, but somehow even better in real life. The house is lovely and the gardens are incredible. What really makes this stay deserve all the stars are the staff. Everyone we met was lovely and kind and were extremely attentive without being overbearing. The north can't compete with the south for restaurants but it really doesn't need to when you can have Kadek's cooking. Please can she write a recipe book? We often discuss how much we are missing her food!

An Unbelievable Experience!

As a worldly traveler, and having stayed at many VRBO's in different countries, Villa Asmara was truly an incredible experience. It was second to none! I chose the villa for a family reunion. We rented cars and drove from Denpasar, a good 3+ hours away from the airport. The drive was a terrific experience unto itself but is not for the feint of heart. Finding the villa was a tad more difficult that anticipated since access is through an alley. However, once we'd found the entrance we transitioned quickly into paradise. The staff greeted us with enthusiasm and joy...and a much needed cold drink. A tour of the manicured property and the awesome five-bedroomed house met with plenty of adulation from my family. The pool beckoned, the sun shone, and the staff set about their work. It was never quite clear to me how involved or uninvolved the staff would be even with several communications with the owner. The bottom line is that the staff cook every meal for you but you either do the grocery shopping yourself or provide them with the cash to do the same. We chose a mixture of both since we wanted to experience Indonesia to the fullest. The food was amazing and the staff cleaned house each day! They were such a pleasure and we treated them well and with respect. They did not infringe one iota on our space. Get an inhouse massage, do the snorkeling trip, and visit Lovina. Be prepared to chill and make memories. This place is highly recommended so make your plans now!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa, tout était absolument parfait : jardin magnifique, et parfaitement entretenu, très belle piscine, beaucoup de confort, merci à Kadek et toute son équipe, pour la très bonne cuisine , la gentillesse du personnel, l'organisation pour les ballades Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les prestations de massage. Alors , oui, c'est loin de l'aéroport, mais la route est magnifique, et cela vaut largement le voyage.

Excellent stay with 15 y old to 81 y old

Lovely property. Huge and comfortable with all en suite bathrooms. A/C could be better. Staff was amazing. Booked massages for two days, 2 ladies for 8 people for very affordable prices. Dolphin boat came right to the beach in front of the house. Delicious meals for extra fee including a pig roast. Pool was so well situated. We spent all our time outside playing card games. Swimming and going on day excursions to water falls, hot spring, Buddhist temple and diving. Avoided the crowd but experienced plenty. Again can’t emphasize the wonderful staff!!!!!

Fantastische ervaring!

Villa Asmara is een heel mooie en smaakvol ingerichte villa met een prachtige tuin. Bij aankomst bleek de villa en de tuin zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto's. De staf van de villa is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kan bovendien fantastisch koken. Er is zelfs geen restaurant waar wij tijdens onze vakantie op Bali lekkerder hebben gegeten dan in de villa zelf. Ook het ophalen van de luchthaven verliep probleemloos. Vanuit de villa hebben wij met behulp van Kadek allerlei uitstapjes en dagtochten gemaakt. Ook dit was steeds heel goed geregeld. Wij hopen heel graag nog een keer terug te komen in villa Asmara. Een absolute aanrader!

You will not regret staying here!

This place is amazing! The pictures do not do the property justice. This place is the nicest property on the beach and the staff made the experience even better! We will be coming back for sure. Each room had its own beauty and grandeur about it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Cooks were way better than the restaurants and night markets. Trust me, book this place!

My Wife & I thoroughly enjoyed a 5* luxury experience at Villa Asmara for 14 days. For us, this place was literally paradise and far larger than the pictures suggest. The Villa team led by Kadek are first class and will cater for everything you ask even if it be for a fresh banana or coconut from one of the palms in the garden. Kadek is a fantastic chef who creates unbelievable local cuisine at low cost from fresh ingredients to order each and every morning. We loved her recipes and ate in the villa most nights, she should have great confidence in her cooking! Filipe as an owner is uber efficient, extremely polite and ensures a truly memorable experience. The dolphins, the diving, the waterfalls, the temples are all within easy distance for the designated driver Putu, who will make your day out unforgettable. My wife & I could not have asked anything more for our honeymoon. We thank the Villa staff led by Kadek and the Owner Filip for a truly amazing holiday. Mr & Mrs Mumford X x X

Super freundliches Team. Tolle Villa und aufgrund der Ruhelage perfekt zum entspannen! Viel Platz und wunderschöner Pool. Das Meer und der Strand sind leider nicht so schön... ständig wird Müll angespült, welcher allerdings immer wieder entsorgt wird. Wenn man selber einkaufen will, kann man sich günstig einen Roller mieten. Allem in allem für 4-5 Tage definitiv zu empfehlen :-)

Die Kommunikation mit Filip war einwandfrei. Auch das Team vor Ort hat uns immer nach besten Möglichkeiten unterstützt. Der Pool, das Meer, die Eindrücke, alles hervorragend. Der Gärtner und die Security machen einen tollen Job. Leider nehmen es die Balinesen mit dem Müll an Straßen, Plätzen, Bächen und Wald nicht so genau. Irgendwann ist die Insel zugemüllt. Da muss dringend bei der Bevölkerung ein Umdenken einsetzen. Ansonsten ist Lovina im Vergleich zu Kuta sehr beschaulich und übersichtlich. Aber das Objekt ist zu 100 % zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit 4 Erw. und 3 Kinder dort und haben immer Möglichkeiten gehabt, uns zurückzuziehen. Das Grundstück ist reichlich großzügig.

Super schöne Villa bei der Erholung garantiert ist!

Wir waren Anfang April für 8 Nächte mit 6 Leuten Gäste in der Villa Asmara. Als wir nach unserer 5-tägigen Rundreise vor Ort ankamen, waren wir super glücklich. Es war in real fast noch ein bisschen schöner als auf den Bildern. Das Team um Kadek hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen, sodass die Erholung sofort einsetzen konnte. Ingesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Lediglich zwei Punkt müssen wir leider ansprechen. Zum einen ließ die Sauberkeit insgesamt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Gerade in der Küche könnte öfters mal der Putzlappen geschwungen werden. Zum Anderen wurde man nach der herzlichen Begrüßung am Anfang kurze Zeit später schon auf Trinkgeld angesprochen. Das wäre nicht nötig gewesen. Nichts desto trotz können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Asmara absolut weiterempfehlen! Es wurde sich sehr gekümmert, das Essen war super lecker und das Anwesen einfach nur atemberaubend! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland

Stunning Villa, amazing staff in quiet location in North Bali

Awesome 5 bedroom open plan villa with wonderful staff that made our 4 night break so enjoyable. The quality of the villa and the gardens is amazing, all beautifully designed and fitted to the highest of standards. Kadek and Nila were delightful and cooked us breakfast and evening meals - we miss them already. If you are looking for a relaxing break in a luxury villa with great staff then this is the place for you.

Luxury all around

My husband and I have only good things to say about Villa Asmara. The pictures are just as it looks. Kadek, Nila, Junior and the security were all so fabulous. Kadek and Nila were fabulous cooks (we loved their Bami Goreng😋😋😋) They were all so willing to help and make us feel welcome, even inviting us to the gardeners wedding! Filip happened to be down for this as well and was so kind making sure we were having a good time. Everyone was attentive without being intrusive. Just my husband and I stayed here for five nights and it was perfectly relaxing and wish we would have booked more time here. Thank you Filip for opening up your rental home to us. It truly is the five star villa we were searching for for this special trip of ours. Thanks to all of the staff for being so gracious and accommodating.

Absolutely Beautiful Villa with wonderful staff to make sure you have anything you need.

Villa Asmara is even more amazing than in the pictures. It is beautifully designed and absolutely spotless. We were two families with 7 people total and we had more than enough room. There are so many places to sit outdoors that we had to make sure to enjoy every spot as each has a special view. The pool is amazing and the beach it overlooks is stunning. The villa is located in Lovina Beach and it is a lovely area away from the busyness of the southern part of the island but still has plenty to do. The beachfront at the villa is black sand and very nice with beautiful sunrises. Just as wonderful as the villa so is the staff. They were so attentive yet we had plenty of privacy. They cooked amazing meals and offered assistance setting up anything we were interested in such as snorkeling, hot springs and scooters etc. We have traveled the world and been fortunate enough to stay in some luxurious places but we were just blown away with Villa Asmara. The owner, Filip, is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. We actually left something valuable behind and he immediately made arrangements to ship it to us. We try not to repeat vacations but honestly we will give up a new destination just to go back to Villa Asmara. I should add too that the prices (even with Bali in mind) are SOOOO reasonable, we would’ve paid much more.

Wow

The villa was fabulous. The staff...Nila and Vadek (on site manager) really made the whole experience over the top. They prepared our breakfast and dinner every day....excellent cooks and can prepare whatever you wish. They are always upbeat and always willing to help...and make recommendations. This is definitely a six star property. The location really worked for us too. Lovina Beach was a great little village for sunset cocktails and shopping for essentials. We also were close to snorkeling that we thought was the best we have ever experienced...and we have snorkeled all over the world. The villa was on the north side of Bali and the beaches were volcanic black sand...very soft. Massages were easy to schedule and Made has healing hands. All in all this totally exceeded our expectations. Filip was easy to work with and quick with responses. As an FYI, it is a three hour car ride from the airport to the villa, the scenery is beautiful and the villa and location are well worth the trip. I am recommending Villa Asmara to all my friends.

Perfect private little piece of paradise!

My family (including 6 adults and 3 kids) had an amazing time at Villa Asmara. The house was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The grounds were also immaculate with beautiful flowers and landscaping. With such a large group, it was nice to have our own private spaces as well as such a large area for us to hang out together and eat our meals. The space around the pool area is huge with many different places to sit and relax. I loved sitting out on the deck at night listening to the ocean waves and we had a couple of amazing lightning storms to watch as well. The staff at the villa were so friendly and always willing to help out. Kadek was an amazing cook and did a great job of accommodating all of our special requests (plus my husband is vegetarian). We had all of our dinners at the house and each one was fabulous! It was so nice to not have to worry about grocery shopping and cooking and we usually had enough left overs to serve us for lunch the next day. As much as I could have stayed all week just at the house, we did get out to explore the area on most days. Snorkelling and diving out at Manjangan Island is worth the day trip, although there were some closer areas to snorkel that still had decent visibility and some interesting finds. The Aling Aling waterfalls were another highlight if you're feeling a little adventurous and looking to do a little waterfall jumping. We also did a dolphin tour and saw quite a few dolphins and even a few flips in the air. I did have some mixed feelings about the tours, however, as there were SO MANY boats and it felt like we were chasing down the dolphins. Due to some delays on our part, we actually got there late so many of the boats were starting to leave as we arrived. This made it considerably less busy and made for a better experience. The one thing that was disappointing was how much garbage accumulated on the beach. (NOTE: This was not anything to do specifically with the house itself, just the area in general). While the staff did clean the beach in front of the house, there was quite a large amount of garbage coming down from the river as well as being washed up from the ocean. It's such a beautiful area in every other regard, that it's sad to see the lack of resources to control the garbage and other waste. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back one day!! Thank-you so much for sharing your beautiful villa!

The best stay we had in Bali!

We stayed in Villa Asmara for exactly three nights and it was just an amazing experience. It's located in a quiet but beautiful area just a quick Scooter ride from Lovina. We were only two guests but the villa will fit at least 8 more people and is great for a family vacation or just a group of friends that wants to enjoy some amazing days. Our bedrooms were great, we had an amazing view directly at the ocean from one room and at the rice field and mountains from the other room. The entire house was perfectly clean and had some great spots to relax. Among them were a great patio with a couch, an outside bathtub and a massage bed, a great terrace with a dining table, access to the pool and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV, a big couch and a Billard table. The pool is very big and great for a swimming session right in the middle of the big garden. Just one step away from the end of the property the beach begins. It's an extremely calm spot, almost no other tourists and you can enjoy the clean beachfront only with your friends and family. The whole staff and especially Kadek, the villa manager, were amazing. Extremely friendly, cooked great food (which we could choose) and all in all just took very good care of us while still respecting our privacy. I definitely think it's an amazing experience for everyone who wants to escape the everyday life and is looking for a nice time at a quite and beautiful area. We'll be back for sure!

Best vacation rental experience ever!

We travel and rent villas all over the world, Villa Asmara is the best in our more than 20 years vacation rental experience. Starting with Filip who replied to my numerous questions and requests within a few hours with clear and accurate information, specially with our complicated airport transportation and sight seeing plans. One of the airport pickups arrived at 1am in the morning, but Kadek who is kind, helpful, intelligent and efficient had planned to have Junior stayed by the front gate around midnight to welcome the late arrival. We ourselves were welcome by Kadek, Nila with cold towels, fresh leis, cool drinks and 3 course dinner at 8pm the same day. The villa is amazingly beautiful, well designed, well built, full of art objects and beauty. The garden is lovely and lovingly cared for by Dewar and can compete with any 5 star resorts in the world. During our one week stay, Kadek expertly arranged for our excursion trips, massages, shopping, even a house visit from the doctor when I got a bad cold. Kadek patiently listened to the varied requests for breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes from our Balinese-food-lover children and won them over with her cooking. Putu is very skillful and safe driver. We were glad that we arranged all our transportation through Kadek with Putu. He took us from and to the airport but along the way, he gave us many insightful information about Balinese life and cultures, took us to interesting places when he realized that we really wanted to know about his country. We will continue to travel and rent villas all over the world. Villa Asmara is an amazing villa but I image some days we will rent a villa which might be more amazing, however because its people, it always has a special place in our heart. Ultra posh homestay villa in northern Bali!

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at Villa Asmara in September 2017. As you can tell from the description, the villa houses 10 but for a couple, it's an absolutely huge place! The villa is fully furnished with beautiful rooms done up in a contemporary modern style. The highlight of the villa for us was undoubtedly the massive infinity pool overlooking the Bali Sea. If you're like us, you'll probably spend much of your time either in the pool or chilling out in the many lounge areas around it. When you do get time off from swimming, you can browse the library, watch movies, get a relaxing massage, shoot some pool or walk along the quiet Lovina beach. We found Villa Asmara so comfortable in fact that we didn't feel like venturing out to explore the historic village of Dencarik or go dolphin watching. But the best part of all were the people who run the place. The housekeepers Kadek and Nila along with the other staff at Villa Asmara took extremely good care of us, ensuring that we were well fed and pampered. The owner Filip (who we didn't meet in person unfortunately) was extremely professional and helpful with making the arrangements for our stay. The only downside we can think of was that we didn't stay longer! If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious holiday away from the madness of south Bali, look no further.

5 Star Experience

The property and staff are exactly as described in the materials. The House is very comfortable though our group found the gardens to be spectacular!!!. The gardener works extremely hard to keep them in pristine condition. there was 10 of us but the grounds were setup so that people could enjoy some quiet time Our family were unanimous in agreeing that Kadeck and Neela were the probably the best part of our visit, their food was phenomenal. They would go to the market daily (4am)for fresh provisions. Each meal was more enjoyable than the last. But what was even more special was how warm and caring Kadeck and Neela both were to us thru out our stay. The property owner is truly lucky to have them!!

True paradise

My stay in Villa Asmara was more than I could ever dream of. We arrived in the evening and got a warm welcome with a lovely note form the staff and safe feeling from the security guard. Every morning a lovely breakfast with a smile, you could hardly end your question or the staff had already taken action to realise our project. They were always present, but did never ever disturb. The villa itself is huge with large bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Every detail well thought through. A lovely pool, on the beach, total peace and quiet. Zen to the max!
