”Perfect stop after traveling from Nusa Penida back to the mainland. The hotel is a little dated and needs some renovations but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone on the staff were wonderful; a special shout out to Ega and Ariani. They are sweethearts but again, everyone on the staff were wonderful. We loved the food, as well.”

”Kun olimme hotellissa paikanpäällä palvelu toimisi ja asiakaspalvelu muuten hyvä mutta kun kerroimme huolemme siitä miten emme saaneet vastausta ennen hotelliin pääsyämme hotellille kuljetus asiassa he lähes ignoorasivat palautteemme täysin ja halusivat vaihtaa aiheen nopeasti muuhun asiaa. Maua hotellin takia koko matkamme suunnitelma muuttui luksuksesta, hyvin epä siistiin ja vaivalloiseen matkaan. Emme ikinä voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään joka kaipaa todellista luksusta ja aitoa...

”The hotel is a great resort and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We are a family with a 16 yo daughter and an 11 yo son and we stayed in the family suite, which had two separate bedrooms. The hotel is situated close to the airport and there are good shopping opportunities close by. We mostly ate at the hotel and the food was good, after 8 nights, the menus became a bit too familiar, but that is to be expected. We especially liked Ikan by the sea, which had very friendly staff. ”This is a big international hotel as it is part of Marriot -chain, so nothing local flavour in this hotel if you are looking for it. Many good restaurants nearby and reasonable drive time to the airport. They have also a shuttle service to the beach where the hotel has some 20 sunbeds with shower and wifi. The water at the pool was very cold every day which was quite surprising. Was not that nice.”

”We enjoyed super quick check-in, upgrade to Conrad Suite building and very attentive service. I especially appreciated service at Corand Suites pool, where the pool staff very promptly offered cold water and refreshment towels. We purchased half board which was great value for the money; the expectation was a buffet dinner but instead we were able to visit any of the resort restaurants and have a three course meal. Only inconvenience was hotel payments as I didn’t purchase resort credits but...
