”So this place was $52 dollars a night... no amenities except an ice machine that was a bit far from my room (105) . There is free coffee and cold water in the office but only like a 5ounce cup to have. Seems like my room was clean and the king size bed was sum what comfortable as I'm into a firm mattress but this was semi firm .but had 4pillows that were firm so that was a plus . Tv and channels were good . Good size mini fridge and a small microwave worked well for heating up small leftovers. I...

I made our room reservations online and decided to book but was disappointed because hotel information distance from BW hotel to Ilani Casino is 5.9 miles ONLY. BUT came to find out when we checked in that we have either direction drive 53 minutes just to go to the casino!!! NEED TO CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE HOTEL INFO SO OTHERS WON'T EXPERIENCE THE SAME PROBLEM WE BADLY ENCOUNTERED. Otherwise our BW hotel overnight stay was alright 👍. ...

”They served tater tots and cut up hot dogs for breakfast. We had a dog and they put us on the 3rd floor so she couldn't go outside easily to potty. And they charged $12 for parking and $75 for having a dog. It was not what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was a blood stain on the bottom sheet also.”

”Nice looking hotel and lobby area, did not like our bed, it has a wooden frame and when you sit up on edge of bed the wood rubs against the back of your legs! It was the worst design! Also don’t like that I could not adjust the room temp more, it seemed preset within a range and I couldn’t adjust cooler on a hot day? I would book again if wasn’t for that bad bed design…we’re traveling with 3 other family members and they all agreed.”

”I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though”
