Our home, the `Sweet Spot` is a luxury suite furnished by a professional designer w/ a keen eye for detail. Our furniture & linens have been hand picked for our guests.

The `Sweet Spot` is a luxury sweet in the Sugar Ski and Country Club. Our home is professionally decorated with you in mind.

We are located on the first floor of the complex with breathtaking views from our private porch.

We have a smart lock with individualized codes for each guest.

We are available to chat anytime via the Airbnb app or by phone/text. But we will not bother you during your stay unless you request anything from us.

A few Important rules:
- No Smoking of ANY kind inside OR on our deck! $500 fine. Only smoke in parking area.
- No loud noise after 10pm. Our Club has a strict rule that has a $250 fine for loud noise after 10pm that you will pay.
- Must be 21 years or older due to Country Club rules to book our home.
- We only allow guests w/ 5 star review history to stay.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
