High Country classic! The condo is part of the famous Sugar Top Resort which

offers you a hot tub, indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room,

fitness center and washer&dryer in-condo. Plenty trails are calling! Spring

into the season on our high country with outdoor adventures, fresh mountain

air, and space to unwind. Whether you enjoy swimming in the heated pool,

relaxing in the hot tub, having a nice workout or getting a good sweat in the

sauna, you will not be disappointed! Also be sure to grab your snacks at our

7x24 Pantry!



Your home away from home offers gorgeous, panoramic views of the Blue Ridge

Mountains as well as a king size bed in the master bedroom and two king-size

convertible twin size beds in the second bedroom. These can be converted to a

king size bed upon request at booking time. In-unit washer and dryer add great

comfort to your stay. There are also coin operated washers and dryers should

you need them. There´s a TV set in the living room and one in each bedroom.

The three are Roku TVs in which you can view your streaming channels as well

as free cable TV programs. A ceiing fan will ensure your confort in the living

room. You´ll enjoy the comfort and quality of our reclining sofas! The kitchen

is fully equipped for your convenience with range, refrigerator, microwave,

dishwasher, cleaning essentials and utensils. You´ll see that the condo is

ready for long term stays, so reach out if you are interested in our special

This condo is an ideal vacation home year-round. There are a myriad activities

running the whole year for all ages. You can do rafting, alpine coaster, zip

lines, golf, tennis, hiking and bike trails, only minutes away from the condo.

Shopping and dining areas are also close by, albeit the condo is fully

equipped for nice home-cooked meals. Take a look at Sugar Top resort´s web

page where you can find loads of information, including seasonal events. There

won´t be a moment to spare with so many activities from which to choose. Just

make sure you drive carefully to and from the resort as it won´t be unusual to

find deer and other wildlife crossing the road.



Please note that the resort´s top parking lot is reserved for owners. The

guest parking lots are only a minute or two walking distance. However, we

encourage you to call our free shuttle bus service which is continuously

running 24x7. It will bring you back and forth to your car. Waiting time is

less than 2 minutes.
