Just a short walk from downtown Banner Elk, this cozy retreat offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and convenient access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $75 Per Pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

The bright upper level welcomes you with soaring 14-foot vaulted wood ceilings, oversized windows, and an open-concept living room and kitchen designed to maximize both comfort and functionality. Relax on the cozy sectional while streaming your favorite shows on the 55-inch Smart TV or prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, where every detail has been carefully considered.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with an oversized rainfall showerhead and a skylight above, allowing natural light to create a truly relaxing experience.

A spiral staircase leads to the lower level, where a luxurious king bedroom awaits. Soft linens, cozy blankets, blackout curtains, and a Dohm White Noise Machine create the perfect environment for restful sleep. This level also includes a 49-inch Smart TV, dedicated workspace with monitor, and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Step outside onto the spacious Trex deck, beautifully illuminated with café lights, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, grill or dine outdoors, or simply unwind while taking in the peaceful mountain surroundings.

The is an independent home behind a separate building that is also available to rent and has parking for one vehicle.

PET POLICY: Violation of our pet policy may result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). Disclosure of Service Animals is required. Undisclosed or Unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $300 fine per pet. If there are any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled and will be asked to leave. No refund will be given under any circumstances, and you will also be fined ($300 fine per pet). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) ARE NOT considered Service Animals and while ESAs are primarily for emotional support, Service Animals are specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks and must remain with their owner at all times.
