Welcome to the beautiful Mountain Vistas at Eagles Nest! This beautifully modern mountain home welcomes you to kick back and relax.
Enter the home with just one step from the parking area, perfect for those needing easy access. The main level great room features a half bath, a stacked stone gas log fireplace with a 65” HDTV mounted above, plenty of comfortable furnishings, and a huge wall of windows to take in all the natural light and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is the dream of any budding chef with stainless steel appliances including Dacor and Wolf brands and a wine fridge, subway tiled backsplash, a large island with sink and chairs for 4 people, and solid quartz counters. The dining table can seat 6 comfortably.

The entire home has been professionally decorated with a modern mountain theme. There is no carpet in the home – all flooring is hardwood or tile. Downstairs enjoy the game room with pool table, additional game table, 70” HDTV, and workout area.

Mountain Vistas offers three floors with sleeping arrangements. The main level has a King ensuite with a full bath. The lower floor has a second King ensuite as well as a room with two full beds, and a full bathroom. The top level has a Queen suite with private bathroom, as well as a separate seating room with a sofa.

Step outside and enjoy the cool mountain air at over 4,000' elevation! Rocking chairs make it a great place to relax. As its name suggests, the views are lovely from Mountain Vistas. Enjoy the brand new hot tub and watch the ever changing mountain vistas beyond, including both sunset and sunrise views! There is a great selection of seating on the lower deck as well, specifically chosen so that the railing won't obstruct your view. Have fun roasting marshmallows by the new firepit outside too! And by the parking area, you'll also find a 240V EV charger.

Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
