Located less than 5 minutes from Beech Mountain Resort, that offers a Shuttle Bus that runs during Ski Season. The fantastic location allows easy access to local wineries, free Sledding Hill, Brickoven Pizza, Town Playground, Overlook Wedding Venue, and MORE!

The condo is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, shopping, and so much MORE!

- A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in
• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
- Wood for the fireplace is not provided; you can purchase from Fred’s general mercantile
- Cameras may be installed in areas considered public like entries and parking areas.
- 4WD/AWD vehicle or snow chains are HIGHLY recommended during winter months

• Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to availability with a $25/hour fee. Reach out to the host to inquire.

★ The All Season Amenity Center is closed for annual maintenance during the month of April.
