The only negative on this one is that if I review it correctly, it will be too booked for us ever to stay again! This is someone’s house and not your typical rental. The cleanliness, attention to detail, view out the front, neighborhood, access to venues and communication with the property manager are penultimate. The back deck is ample enough to just sit and relax, even in a light snowstorm, while the rest of the family play in a well-maintained, hot tub. The backyard is enough for small kids to play and stay close as well as allow for 12 feeding deer to pass out the back kitchen window. The guest bedrooms are ample. Master bedroom is spacious and inviting with the 3x4 elk skull and a standing shower that you can do jumping jacks in. (Not recommended). The living area has fantastic ceilings along with a great smart TV and remote fireplace. The front deck faces Grandfather Mountain and has some stunning sunrises even when a relative snow squall is inbound. The kitchen was more than enough to help feed our family of five along with a nice propane grill on the back porch. The driveway was well-maintained on our arrival; however, I will suggest that you have no less than snow traction in your automobile due to the fairly steep incline. The owner/property manager was kind enough to allow us access to what we consider basic house needs with regards to just gallon Ziploc and detergent pods. Going to need Alison to come up with a special weekly rate for this one. Great memories made
