Distance to Beech Mountain Ski Resort: 5 yard walk to an intermediate slope Distance to Beech Mountain Club: 2.7 miles Distance to Buckeye Recreation Center: 5.4 miles Note: Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation. Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Hot Tub Maintenance: Prior to your arrival, we visit your rental and provide initial sanitizing for your hot tub. It is also on a weekly maintenance schedule. Please note that someone from the service company does stop by the home between Monday and Thursday to perform this work. When they arrive, they will knock on the door to introduce themselves. If no one answers, and access inside the home is required for the hot tub or breaker box, the maintenance providers will have a key and are authorized to enter the home. Since this maintenance is scheduled and required for the health and safety of our owners and renters, denying access when they arrive will result in direct billing to you for rescheduling. During your stay, the hot tub will also require daily maintenance on your part. A maintenance guide will be provided to you as part of your rental packet.
