Welcome to Skyline View! A stunning Beech Mountain home offering you breathtaking views.

From the large covered porch, take in the panoramic vista of FIVE mountain ranges, including Roan, Grandfather, Beech, Sugar, and Howard Forks—all on a clear day!

This house is a ` REAL ROUND HOUSE ` with a view of 5 mountain ranges on a clear day.

This home is only 2.5 miles away from Beech Mountain Ski Resort!!

This house on Beech Mountain is the perfect place to enjoy a family getaway, or a romantic staycation. Home is large enough to sleep 8 people comfortably.

Unwind in the living room, beside the stone fireplace, with breathtaking views of the mountain skyline.

Sleeping:
Main Floor with bathroom attached.
- Master Bedroom - Queen Bed

Downstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
- Guest Room - Queen Bed
- Guest Room - Queen Bed
- Guest Room - Trundle with pullout twin for additional sleeping

This home is now accepting small dogs (up to 25lbs). Please note, we require:
- Current vaccination records submitted prior to arrival
- No dogs on furniture or beds
- Guests bring all their own pet items (bed/crate, bowls, towels, waste bags, etc.)
- Owners are responsible for clean-up and any pet-related damage

There is a fully stocked kitchen, updated bedding and furniture, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. Grill up some dinner on the outdoor BBQ gas grill, and relax on the upper and lower decks while enjoying the picturesque mountain view!

Don`t forget all the great events that Beech Mountain has to offer, like the Land of Oz`s, Autumn at OZ weekend, the Woolly Worm Festival, Summer concerts, and June`s `Family Fun month` with different events every weekend!

The house offers cable and WiFi, so you can stay connected while surrounded by peaceful serenity. Come and experience the beauty of the Appalachians today!

House Rules: This home does not allow smoking, events or parties. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home.

Amazing view. Unique, fun house. Not suitable for older people if you plan on them staying anywhere, but the master bedroom as the spiral staircase would be hard to navigate for them. The deck could use some more comfortable deck furniture but otherwise it was a very nice beautiful fall weekend getaway.

check in was very easy and the house was cute. great view and a nice balcony. upstairs often got a bit warm, but not unbearable and you should definitely bring your own pillow if you prefer thick pillows.

Well stocked but has some issues

Very clean home and well stocked. Must be some structural issues with home as floors were very uneven and this made me feel dizzy walking across them at times. Upon arrival, house was very cold maybe 55? The heating unit on the LL was not in sync with its thermostat and often made it too warm in spots. The temperature was hard to control and the fireplace didn’t work. The steps leading up to the deck became icy and slippery and there was no salt to use making it precarious for the older folks. Had some issues with the main level TV connecting to cable. And just gave up.

This is a second time we stayed at this property and it was just as amazing as the first. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is perfect and the views... You would never know that you had neighbors. Everything about this place is amazing!

Lovely well supplied home in Beech Mt. Everything one needs to cook with. Comfortable furniture. Very quiet. A bit far from Boone and Blowing Rock, but a grocery store is 20 minutes away. We book annually.

Fantastic Stay

Overall experience was amazing. You got to love a woman with a label maker. There was absolutely no wandering around. Trying to figure out what went to what. Like everyone else, the views are spectacular. The beds are super comfy. If you're an early riser you definitely want to sleep in the sun rise room, what I call it. It's the downstairs room with the French doors. If you're a night owl, every other room is so nice and dark. You'll sleep all your cares away. The kitchen was not just fully stocked but actually had spices! This is a big deal because I love to cook and we rarely go out to eat when we stay at places like this. At first I was a bit concerned of the spiral stair case as I have a 3-year-old, but that boy mastered it and I felt completely at ease with him around the house. What made it even better was being able to close the gate and have that little monster run around and around the house without fear. Everything about this place is spectacular.

Winter Wonderland

The day of our arrival (1/13) there was a winter storm that resulted in 6-8” of snow. The view was amazing. The house was warm and cozy. There was no sled which was a little disappointing. Everything else was nice.

Awesome place all around!!

Absolutely gorgeous

If you are anything like me, you will stand on the wraparound deck and take pictures of the view over and over because it is just breath-taking. Pictures truly can't do it justice because of the expanse of the mountains and trees visible from this spot. This is such a special place, and we felt so lucky to spend some time there. Thank you to Diana for being such a gracious host! We'd love to come back sometime.

This great 3 bedroom is a wonderful find. The view is incredible. House is very well stocked. There is a spiral staircase which is tricky. ( bedrooms are downstairs, kitchen, living room upstairs. Only 1 shower) It is an hour away from Boone and Blowing Rock, but there is a grocery store about 20 minutes away. Lots of hiking. Hairpin turn roads. This was our second visit and have scheduled for next summer.

Stunning Sunrises!

We stayed at this home July 2-6, arriving on our 11 year wedding anniversary. The views were spectacular. The home is perfectly placed for sunrises and breathtaking views over the mountains. We saw fireworks on the mountains every single night of our stay. One night our daughters stayed up to see the fireworks and we all saw a shooting star together. Deer visited us every night and my husband, daughters and I were able to hand feed them bread! A very memorable trip to say the least 💜 My husband and I have 3 precious children ages 9,7 and 1. I will say the layout was quite stressful with our little guy being so young. We knew what we were getting into and pictures were accurate to the home. We were able to safely manage and he was excited to explore a new space. The waffle maker was wonderful. We used it every single day and I immediately came home and bought one just like it. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings, very nice pots and pans and lots of nice dishes. Fred’s has just about anything you’d find you need including old bay seasoning that I forgot for our crab leg anniversary dinner we finally ended up having our last night of the trip! This was our second trip to Beech Mountain and once again we left excited to visit again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family 💜

Amazing Home!

This home is well cared for, exceptionally clean and never before have we ever stayed at a home with a kitchen so well stocked! Everything you need to cook/bake is right there at your fingertips. If you're looking for views, this place will take your breath away. If you're looking for a great place to stay in the mountains, I highly recommend!

Family time

We rented this property for a family vacation. It was me and my husband, our two adult kids, and our daughter’s boyfriend. Kitchen was very well stocked, which made it much easier for us. It took us a little while to figure out the heating, but once we master that you were warm and cozy for the whole week. The owner has all of the instruction manuals available so we were able to figure out how everything worked. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. There were small welcome baskets in the kitchen. There were small containers of shampoo and lotion in the bedrooms, along with make up washcloths. There were extra blankets and towels. And there were a bunch of lifesaver mints on the living room coffee table

Amazing stay!

We had just a wonderful experience staying at Skyline View! Highly recommend! The views of the mountains were just spectacular! The house was so clean and it was so incredibly well stocked! The rooms were so beautifully decorated and we loved the fireplace. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous view!!!!

The view at this house was stunning!!! The house was perfect for our large family. It is so convenient to Beech Mountain Resort and the house was always surrounded by beautiful deer. The house is older, but we loved it because it is so cute and different from your typical mountain homes. We only had one issue and the owner responded immediately (even though it was late at night) and solved the problem. Great communication!!! This is the perfect mountain home and we plan to rent it again on our next trip to Beech Mountain.

In the clouds!

We had a beautiful stay! The roundhouse had the most amazing views! We even saw sunrise from bed one more morning. The kitchen had more than we could have ever needed. The fireplace and super comfortable couch was perfect for evening family time! We got a lot of use out of the grill and patio! We loved everything about our stay! Absolutely beautiful and great communication! We hope to be back!

Spectacular Views!

The title is misleading because there are a lot more reasons to like it other than the views. But…the views!!! Clean, big, cozy and well stocked to make it beyond comfortable. Beds were the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in; wi-fi worked great; lots of tv and streaming choices; close to restaurants (Over Yonder in Valle Crucis is a must!) hiking, shopping and skiing; and the Owner was always prompt and courteous. Just to note: There are 3 bathrooms, but only one shower. Totally not a problem for me, but may be an issue for a large group. Overall…highly recommended!

Amazing views

The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some . We had plans of eating out more than we did, because after we saw the view no one wanted to leave as the views from the deck are breath taking . Lastly , I can’t say enough about the bedding . Each and every single bed has a super soft mattress topper , with excellent sheets so we all slept like babies .
