Bedroom #3 has a full size bed to also accommodate 2

Upstairs closet also has a blow up bed if additional space is needed.

Sine we are a family orientated VRBO property, you will find booster seats, a high chair, porta crib with sheets and blankets on site and to be at your convenience.

House is 1875 square feet, 100 ft from the water, 3.7 acres of private land. Open kitchen to living room onto a large inviting deck on West Bay. Large grill for your grilling pleasure a propane grill, lobster cooker on the deck.

Game room in a converted garage, 6 arcade games, slot machine for the tenants pleasure

8 Kayaks, 2 paddle boards, for your entertainment on property, Cruiser Bicycles, 5 person hot tub.

Dogs are allowed, there is an 8x8 durable pen. Dogs are allowed on the deck or downstairs in the house. The upstairs is carpeted and therefore do not want dogs upstairs since some people do have allergies and the carpet would have to be steam cleaned every time.
