”This is a bungalow next to a mansion in a residential neighborhood near Holetown in Barbados. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is unusual in that there are no glass windows, just openings that have wooden shutters. This gives you a feeling of living outdoors, but with an air conditioner. Initially we were worried about opening the windows and bugs coming in, but there was no issue with that in time of year that we visited (early March). ”Fabulous garden cottage, literally a steady 5 minutes walk to Gibbes beach or 3 minutes to Mullins beach. Well-equipped and freshly decorated, with aircon in bedroom. Everything as described and more. Looked after by the lovely Wendy but not intrusive. Hummingbirds, green monkeys, parakeets and butterflies in abundance in the amazing garden. Such a relaxing holiday - we will be back ”

”Lovely cottage on Sugar Hill but description is incorrect with no washer and dryer. Cooking facilities are very limited with only a hob microwave and small counter top over, so cooking for more than 2 would be very difficult. Cleaning etc are good and owner was nearby if needed.”

”The cottage supplied everything a person could need for a week vacation. From the temp controls rooms, the laundry room and outdoor pool area for evening relaxations. All necessities were meet. The location is in the Hub of Oistins, the beach and all transportations. ”

”Lovely place to stay.. quiet, peaceful, wonderful large porch to enjoy meals. The apartment is large enough for 2 people. It has lots of storage space in the bedroom for luggage and hanging clothes. Nice big shower with good water pressure. The AC is great! There are 2 wall units, one in the bedroom and another in the living room. Usually rentals only have them in the bedroom and it’s hot in the rest of the apartment! There are also ceiling fans and a stand-up fan, so it was a welcome relief...
