The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach....

”Wir (Familie mit zwei 8- und 10-jährigen Kindern) haben eine traumhafte Juni-Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderbar. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Sprungbrett war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch praktisch, aber man findet auch anderswo im Garten/auf der Terrasse ausreichend Schatten. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein Bolzplatz,...

”Francesca was so helpful pre-stay and during it. I was travelling along with a child and we needed lots of advice and she was great. The villa is gorgeous- cosy and has everything you need. It is perfect for 2-3 guests and the pool area is lovely and bigger than the pictures show. I would say that a car is a must in order to explore.
