”Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! ”

”This property is absolutely understand. I outstanding. From the time that we were met outside with somebody helping us park our vehicle, to meeting Leo at the front desk, who quickly switched us to an upgraded corner suite, to the beautiful surroundings and sites around the hotel. We will absolutely be back. The room was phenomenal. It was 1200 ft.² and size, we had two bathrooms, we had an amazing breakfast through room service. Adam the concierge was wonderful. I can’t say enough about this...

”This is my second stay with them and the rooms are always clean, to access your floor you always need to use your room key and I find that extremely safe and comforting! Staff always has a smile on their face whether you’re checking in early or closer to midnight and are willing to help with your luggage too! The Valet parking service is top tier! ”This was the sixth time I stayed at the hotel. I first was given a room that had horrible noise. I took a video of the situation, went downstairs to the front desk and was given another room (they tried to have me wait for the technician first). the new room was ok, however, as a gold status I did not get upgraded for the second time I have stayed at the hotel.
The rooms are quite outdated, but understood they are in the process of renovating the rooms.

”Paid 280$ for one night and didn't get a bathroom. The reservation page didn't say anywhere that there is a shared bathroom. Apparently the "bathroom down the hall" is not visible in other language versions. There was a loud ventilation machine just outside of the window. ”
