Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single pull-out beds (70 cm), a bedroom with two single pull-out beds (70 cm), and a toilet. Amenities include a television, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. The property features an enclosed garden/courtyard, a terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. Parking is available in front of the house in the private cul-de-sac. Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €108 is available.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go to the Gois passage, which has been used several times by the Tour de France, fish for clams and cockles, walk in the holm oak forest bordering the Plage des Dames, enjoy the aquatic park with your family, taste the famous "bonnotte", new potato depending on the season and feast on seafood. And of course, you can relax on our beautiful sandy beaches and go for long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And if you feel like going out into town, Noirmoutier is 1 hour from Nantes and 3/4 hour from the African Safari.
