This renovated house consists, on the ground floor, of an entrance hall, two bedrooms equipped respectively with a 160 cm bed and two 80 cm twin beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find an air-conditioned living/dining room/kitchen as well as a second toilet. From the kitchen, you will access the outdoor space (5 steps) consisting of a wooden terrace and an unfenced garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A personal shelter is at your disposal for storing bicycles. You will have a private parking space at the front of the house.

The accommodation is adjacent to another gîte (H85G024792) and close to three other gîtes (H85G010167, H85G014674, H85G019114).
