The outdoor space of the house will be the ideal place to enjoy a good breakfast accompanied by the morning breeze, to lounge in the sun while reading, to play with the children and to gather around good grilled food.



Then, inside, you will find a kitchen-dining area to prepare and share good meals and moments of conviviality. The kitchen is very well equipped; it has induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. Then, you will find a colourful lounge, which awaits you for a moment in front of the telly or to get together for a chat over a cup of coffee.



The house can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms. All are beautifully decorated and have a private bathroom to provide you with maximum comfort.



For even more convenience, you will also find a washing machine, two independent toilets, ceiling fans, a plancha, and two parking spaces. Furthermore, the house also has underfloor heating set at 19-20 degrees which will allow you to enjoy the island in winter.
