”Excellent communication and process. Smooth check in and check out. Clean rooms. Neat property. One thing they should mention is that the access to the property is quite inclined and will be a steep walk for people with luggage. Secondly, since the reception is virtual, it closes at 7.30PM and then becomes difficult to approach for any services required. It was an excellent experience otherwise and will definitely want to stay here again.”

”This was a beautifully appointed room, with plenty of space to relax, great coffee, wonderful bedding, superb bathroom, and plenty of towels. There was nothing that I didn't like; it was perfect, and the entry directions to the building and room were absolutely clear and easy to understand. The only thing I did not understand was how to use the smaller television remote control--the one with access to premium channels. ”

”Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns.”

”The views from the property are wonderful - a camera can’t capture how close the Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo are. Lovely bathroom, and comfortable bed. We loved dining looking at the lights come on all over Florence. Communication was easy. Thank you Serena for an unforgettable stay.”

”The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

”We have stayed in several homes throughout Italy. This was by far our most comfortable stay. Pamela and Stefano are amazing hosts. They answer every question and are very knowledgeable about the area. Stefano even stopped by to check on us and told us about the area. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

”The accomodation at Montegabbro allowed us a vacancy both within a calm, natural environment at the end of a small road and nearness to major sights in Tuscanny, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Firenze etc.. The perfectly equipped house features everything we needed, from airconditioned (cooling/warming) living- & bedrooms unto WiFi, Flat-TV (italian progs) etc.etc.. The owners were near and supported in any question. Some hints: For going to FIRENZE we recommend the bus from Colle Val...

"Huippu paikka hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Rento meininki alueella. Teltoissa kaikki tarpeellinen mutta naulakoita vähän vaatteiden kuivatukseen. Sängyssä ei ollut kunnon peittoa vaan lakana+päiväpeitto systeemi joka oli vähän outo mutta ainakin naapuri kantoi oikeita peittoja jostain, joten ne varmaan saa respasta missä palvelu oli erinomaista. Kylppäri/suihku hyvät. Ilmalämpöpumppu toimi loistavasti varsinkin kun tullessa oli rankkasadetta ja siksi tosi kostea ilma. Yöllä ulkona +17 ja sisällä kyllä viileä mutta pumppu lämmitti. Plussaa jääkaappi jota ei näkynyt kuvauksessa. Safetyboksiin ei ohjeita. Auton saa teltan viereen helposti. Bussipysäkki 300m päässä ja sieltä linja 14 pääsee joka paikkaan 20min välein. "
