"Le P'Tit Vert," a cozy loft in the countryside near Caen, with a terrace on stilts

For a friendly, family-oriented, and comfortable stay, discover "Le P'tit Vert," renovated in our former attic and opening in early 2025. Exposed beams, harmonious decorative touches, a cathedral-ceilinged living room, and high-quality bedding are the highlights of your future holiday home. The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts, offering a beautiful view of the garden. The cottage is quiet and ideally located for exploring the must-see sites and attractions of the region: the Suisse Normande (Normandy Switzerland) is 10 minutes away, Falaise and its Ducal Castle are 25 minutes away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre (Mother-of-Pearl Coast) are 35 minutes away, and Caen, the regional capital, is 25 minutes away. The cottage is attached to our house. Located on the upper floor (accessed via an external staircase), the cottage comprises, on the first level, a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom (one 160cm bed), and a shower room with toilet. The second level features a mezzanine sleeping area for two people (two 80cm beds that can be joined to make a 160cm bed) and is equipped with a sofa bed (which can accommodate an additional child), as well as a desk area. The cottage has a private terrace on stilts, offering complete privacy. Guests also have access to the owners' garden, which includes a dedicated area with garden furniture and a ping-pong table. Parking is available on the property. Baby equipment is available upon request.
