The Boutique Apartment in the Center of Barcelona, Rambla Catalunya for 6, has a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to three balconies that offer direct views of the famous Rambla de Catalunya. These balconies are very well oriented, which will allow you to enjoy the vibrant life of the city from the comfort of your accommodation. The apartment has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. You will find 4 single beds and 1 double bed in these rooms. In addition, the apartment has 2 full bathrooms for added convenience.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €40 in cash, after 11pm it will be €50.

- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
