Erinomainen ja todella monipuolinen aamiainen. Huoneemme oli siisti ja tilava ja henkilökunta ystävällistä, pienenä miinuksena se, että hotellin käytävien kunto (matto ja seinät) eivät vastaa käsitystämme 4 tähden hotellista...

Problems with air quality
Air quality at the aisles was really bad. They use in cleaning some kind of parfumes, maybe to cover mold smell in rooms. Due to headache from the smell we wasn’t able to stay in this hotel and had to take another hotel. Hotel staff wasn’t interested to fix this problem, they say that using parfumes is ” a protocol”.

Ilta respa aika tyly, ensimmäinen huone ei vastannut kuvausta. Sänky rikki, ilmastointi piti ääntä kuin vanha kahvi mylly. Suihku irti seinästä, viemärit tukossa. Huonepalvelu hidasta joutui soittamaan pari kertaa perään. Toinen huone parempi, mutta sielläkin ilmastointi piti ääntä. Huoneen lukitus murrettu aiemmin ja korjattu huonosti. Aamupala monipuolinen ja hyvä.Hinta aika kova.

Hyvä hotelli ja julkinen liikenne pelaa!
Hyvä hotelli ja kulkuyhteydet erittäin hyvät joka paikkaa. Hotellin vieressä hyvä ostoskeskus Diagonal Mar. Parannettavaa jäi esim. huoneessa ei ollut vedenkeitintä vaikka teepusseja löytyi. Myös hotellin kylpylä jäi testaamatta, koska 15e kuullostaa aika ryöstöltä siitä että pääse saunaa ja allasta käyttämään. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä (hinta kylläkin korkea 17e). Suosittelen kuitenkin kaikille.

Hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella oleva hotelli, jossa myös kylpyläpalvelut. Miinuksena se, ettei etukäteen kerrottu, että alle 14-vuotiaat eivät päässeet kylpylään, joten sen palvelut jäivät perheeltämme testaamatta...

Good location, horrible horrible staff.
Hotel is nicely located and in fairly good shape. Some wear and tear is starting to show but nothing too bad yet. The worst part of the hotel is the staff and specially the front desk. I have never ended up with multiple people on the staff that are all so arrogant, unhelpful and rude towards their customers. As an example, they lost a delivery and turned the discussion claiming the client was lying about the delivery even taking place because "I have been here at all times and nothing had been delivered". In the end their fault was discovered but no compensation was offered on how the client was handled. Even the simplest thing might take ages and if you are checking out around noon, be prepared for a hour wait time for the staff to process you. Rooms are fine except for the touch screen display you need to use to manipulate all aspects of the room. Each time you leave the room it resets and if for example you would like to set the AC or turn the entrance light off, you need to do it by the very sluggish touch screen display, each time.

hieno oli
tyttären kanssa miniloma, sijainti hyvä-sivussa vilinästä, mutta helposti pääsi joka paikkaan(keskusta metro, la maniquista bussilla ja kesällä vielä la roca villageen vierestä), läheinen kauppakeskus ruokapaikkoineen loistavalla sijainnilla, ranta ja puistomainen tie, pikakauppa, spa ihan ok vaikka pieni ja vedessä kellui töhryä, kuntosali hyvä , ilmastointi olisi voinut olla päällä jo vähän aikaa ennen majoittumista-tunkkainen ilma aluksi, hienot näköalat, vastaanotto avulia, kun ovi kortti temppuili, taksi pysäkki vierellä, wc ikkuna ihana, kylpyamme myös rentouttava, vanhusten ehkä vaikea päästä altaaseen, kattoterassin allas alue kiva,vaikka tuulinen,

The front desk was not helpful and had "no personality" upon check in ir during our stay. Thanks God breakfast experience made the whole difference. Augus and Javi knew "how to smile" and how to be pleasant. Front Desk staff would not acknowledge when people were waiting to be helped and at instances I just stood in there while two clercks were having a conversation about personal matters ( I say personal matters because I speak fluent spanish and I understood the whole thing ). The bathroom is what I disliked the most. The tub has no safety mat and it is very slippery when wet. Also there is a "shelf" inside the tub on the right shower that hit my arm and shoulder every time I shower. Also why would you have inside the shower: Shower Gel/Shampoo/Body Lotion - instead of a Conditioner??? I am glad I did not put body lotion in my hair after the shampoo HAHA. There was a lot of noise outside my door on our first day ( I was not informed of it ). Very good for overall price.

"Mi experiencia durante mi estancia en el hotel de cuatro estrellas plus fue decepcionante. A pesar de reservar una habitación sencilla, al llegar me asignaron una habitación con dos camas individuales, lo cual resultó ser bastante incómodo. Además, al momento de registrarme, el personal de recepción no parecía percatarse de mi presencia, mostrando una actitud seca y carente de amabilidad. La falta de una sonrisa y un trato acogedor contribuyeron a que mi primera impresión del hotel fuera negativa." Destaco positivamente la calidad de las instalaciones, especialmente el gimnasio y el spa, que cumplieron con mis expectativas y me brindaron momentos de relax y bienestar durante mi estancia. En cuanto al bufé del desayuno, si bien la comida era aceptable y la presentación era buena, considero que el precio de 35 € p.p. por este servicio resultaba excesivo para lo que se ofrecía.

You can hear other guests while in the room. That woke us up. Spa room wasn't cleaned from one day to another. There was hair in the sink when we arrived. Overall good, some of the staff members are really Great, others are rude.

Loved the Echo breakfast buffet & comfy beds. Couldn’t get our air circulating, so it was very hot despite reading 18’C. The window between the bathroom & bedroom is bizarre & awkward unless traveling with your signific other. Why does anyone need/ want to see into the bathroom while their travel partner is bathing or sitting on the toilet??!!

There was no early check in, which after a red eye flight became a torture. We tried to nap in the lobby, but they woke us up, saying we couldn't sleep there, and then kept checking that we don't fall asleep again.

My stay at the hotel was overall very disappointing due to the service at the front desk. Despite my request, I was assigned a handicap room and when I asked to change, there was no willingness to support. This experience has left me with no desire to return to this hotel in the future.

This hotel was the worst hotel experience I have experienced around the world. The staff was rude, impolite, and racist. The worst of all was the manager Daniel. He was rude, racist, and threatened to call the police on me as I was on the phone with Expedia to remove me from the hotel after the housekeeping went through my items twice. I told him that I did not appreciate how he was speaking to me, and he told me he didn't care. His staff beneath him was just as rude and unhelpful. Emphasis on his staff member Laura. My room door would not properly lock, and could be opened without a door key. Then they moved me to a smoking room. Then after being moved, the housekeeping went through my things twice. I complained about it multiple times, and they did not care. PLEASE, do not stay here. You will be in danger, and you will be treated like you are less then. To be treated like I was a criminal was so disheartening, and literally this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at globally. DO not stay here. I beg of you.

J ai eu ma chambre tard et elle était avec un dysfonctionnement de chauffage et une fenêtre cassée , cela a pris une heure pour changer de chambre et la nouvelle chambre est au rdc avec de mauvaises odeurs et un bruit de machine à laver qui tournait constamment , j ai pas pu joindre le service de petit déjeuners car ils répondaient pas au Téléphone …
