However, as you mentioned, the "Do Not Disturb" sign prevented entry, in compliance with our policies respecting guest privacy, which delayed the resolution until access was possible. Respecto a que la zona está vandalizada, no entendemos a qué se refiere ya que estamos situados en la zona más céntrica de Barcelona, que ha sido recientemente considerada una de las 4 ciudades más seguras de Europa, y la undécima de todo el mundo (empatada con Nueva York), según un estudio publicado por el semanario británico The Economist y llevado a cabo por The Economist Intelligence Unit. Lamentamos que su percepción fuera diferente, ya que estamos en pleno Barrio Gótico y es una zona muy concurrida por la proximidad del hotel a lugares de gran interés turistico.
