Courtesy amenities, such as rolls of WC paper, diswashing tabs, gel, shampoo, soap are left for your arrival. However, if you are staying for a long period, you will have to buy additional items on your own or we can bring them to your apartment for an extra charge, as we are not a hotel, we are a high standard apartment company. We regret that you have given us your impressions now and have not contacted our Reception team before, as we believe that your comments about the pillows or the dishwasher would have had a very easy solution. Also, about the shower door, our maintenance team could have fixe fastly and efficiently. After reading your words, we regret that we did not live up to your expectations but we hope, despite this setback, you enjoyed your family stay in Barcelona. Secondly and regarding your comments about our staff, we will take your words under consideration, as our team is well-known for its high customer service standards and for our efficient communication with all of our guests. The majority of any hospitability accommodations have the check in at 3pm and the checkout at 11 am, we need the time to prepare it, as our company cleaning standards reputation is something we are really proud of. The kitchen is fully equipped to host 10 guests and kitchen utensils are according to the apartment capacity. You stayed 10 nights in total, and according to our booking conditions you had an intermediate cleaning that includes towels change. In case you would like us to change the sheets, you could have contacted our reception team, and we would organize it under some extra costs. Also, we offer a gourmet dressing kit that includes a careful selection of gourmet products such as premium quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, olives and salt for you to experience the best of Mediterranean gastronomy.
