”Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”

”Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

”recently stayed at the Hyatt House Baltimore after a last-minute flight cancellation, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and the free breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
My only complaint was the shuttle service. After calling the hotel and providing my location, I waited about 45 minutes before calling again. I was then told the hotel was only 5 minutes away and the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes, which was...

”I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
