”The hotel was just the perfect place to have a quiet evening following a raucous party for a retired friend. The Staff was superb, the facility itself was immaculate and the breakfast offerings were second to none I've enjoyed anywhere else. The staff, from the Manager on Duty down to and including the fella preparing the breakfast offerings, all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs ! That was such a pleasant encounter that I will be back here to stay when I'm ever in the general vicinity ! ...

”Property was immaculate and staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Only criticism was the fixed temperature on the thermostat in the room. The room was too warm and the unadjustable thermostat did not allow us to cool the room to a desirable temperature for sleeping comfortably. We assumed the property management was being cost conscious and wanted to reduce their air conditioning expenses. ”

”The interior of our room was very clean. The automated entry system worked fine. The sound-proofing of the room was quite good, given that the hotel is on a pretty busy stretch of road. What matter is the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is walkable to Uptown Kingston. I didn’t like that my one window was interior facing to this weird natatorium courtyard, where the pool and gym were. It smelled like chlorine. ”The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not...
