”Clean and new”

”The hotel is pet friendly but they did not advertise anywhere that there was an additional fee for my dog. Would like to have known up front. ”

”Elevator abruptly stopped working while we were in it we were stuck between floors it was very hot front desk promised a discount for the inconvenience and the delay of the arrival of fire department upon check out there was no discount. After the elevator failure we were uncomfortable using it again and stuck to the stairs I really wish front desk would have been true to their word and honored the promised discount ”

”Staff was nice! first room had a water leak. They couldn’t give us a new room so I had to stay in that room because everything is booked next day. They gave us a new room that room wasn’t clean yet. Then they gave us another room in that room the door didn’t lock.”

”Akki at the front desk was very helpful. The room was fine, if maybe a bit dated. Parking was plentiful and free. The only issue I had is that, even though they tried to put me in a room on a high floor that was quiet, there really is nowhere in the motel that can avoid road noise.”

”The hotel is right off the freeway. It looks like it’s rather new. Very very nice looking rooms. Seems like plenty of space and the staff is very nice. One thing I would suggest if you use bar soap for you need to bring your own cause they don’t only have the pump soap and lotion in the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up and if I ever go to Yuma again I will be staying there.”

”We stayed as it was an historic motel and thought it would be interesting. The patio table/chairs outside the room were very dirty. Inside the tub did not have a stopper, the sink was clogged and the lamp next to the bed did not have an outlet. The room was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable but the noise from the street was very loud. ”

”This house was excellent the beds are comfy the shower is excellent and the house was amazing my son says if we could leave 17stars it still wouldn’t be enough!!! We highly recommend this property especially for the money the space was neat clean and everything we wanted!!!!!! When we come back from Kansas we will always book with the same people every time we”
