The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in the village of Barèges, with views of the village and the mountains. It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included; bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with a double sofa bed and a TV
- A fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs…
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with a wardrobe and a TV (pocket-spring foam mattress, memory foam, hypoallergenic)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (two single beds)

Outdoors:
- A 2m² south-facing balcony to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Barèges, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting with access to hiking trails, notably the Plateau Lumière and the Plateau du Lienz. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a tourist information centre, ski hire and a butcher’s...

Activities:
You are at the heart of the Grands Sites Pyrénéens:
The Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Néouvielle Nature Reserve and the Pont d’Espagne in Cauterêts.
WINTER: downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling…
Just 2.6 km from the ski slopes of the vast Grand Tourmalet ski area, accessible by car or free shuttle buses.
Close to the thermal baths, the water park and the ski bus stops (300 m).
SUMMER: Hikes to the lakes, mountain biking on the trails, paragliding…
Events:
- Barèges Town Hall runs an events programme. There is something on every day of the year.
- The Tour de France passes through here.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park, which has numbered spaces.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Free shuttle bus to the Barèges / La Mongie ski resort.
- Nearest railway station: Lourdes station, approximately 45 minutes’ drive away.
- Nearest airport: Lourdes Airport, approximately 1 hour’s drive away.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking.
- Bed linen and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Sheets and pillowcase: €35 for the first bed and €25 for each additional bed. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel: €8 per person.
- You are responsible for cleaning the property at the end of your stay (or this can be arranged at an additional cost through our on-site service provider). Price: €70.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
