The rooms are consistently super clean and comfortable, and the customer service is truly wonderful. They feel like family. The manager even checks in with me every visit. The Hilton Garden Inn remains my preferred place to stay in Houston.”

”Room was clean everything smelled nice all around the hotel. Usually some parts of the hotels smell muggy or moldy. The only thing I will say is the pool had waaaayyy too much chlorine. My eyes were burning just sitting in there. Other than that it was nice. ”

”The kiosk is a waste of time. We had two people in front of us, and we had to wait 40 minutes. When it was our turn to check in, it took another 10 minutes to process our information. I think it would be better if there was someone in the lobby to check in.”

”Great overnight stay! Clean and comfortable room. Area has many options for food and shopping. The staff was very friendly, especially the wait staff at the bar. I don’t remember her name, but she was very kind and great conversationalist.”

”We arrived quite late with our kids at 1130pm. When we walked into our room there were a bunch of dead bugs on the ground. Our door didnt even close tightly, we stuffed towels on the bottom and side. If we hadn't had a long day driving to get there and the kids weren't so tired we would have complained and wanted to move. We were shocked that expedia would promote this property. ”
