”The property super clean, a great place to get that well needed rest. No noise from other guest whatsoever or in the hallways. It was a great 4 night experience!! Will definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.”

”Arrived for a 3 day stay and TV didn't work, dried blood on the sheets and noisy fridge that froze our drinks. Front desk attendants were told of the situation. Nothing got fixed, sheets were not changed etc. Sold out, so no room change. We recieved $33 off our bill. LOL! This was going to be our go-to hotel to visit our son at UCF for the next four years. Not now!”

”Great location, nice newer build. Excellent food and bar for all times of the day you spend there, convenient for a guest to have it all available in one spot. I’d like to thank the guest that found my wallet in the elevator and the honest staff that held onto it safely. It certainly was going to be a hard day without it, so I reallly appreciate it in high regards. All the cash I had was still in it along with my ID/cards/etc. for my flight home. A+”

”Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was OK. But customer service, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. In particular, we showed up at almost 1700 for our reserved room. Check-in time was 1500, but we were informed that our room was not yet ready. So, we had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes or so before our room was ready. Certainly not something I've ever experienced at other Holiday Inns.”

La habitación estaba limpia y buena fragancia; aunque las toallas y las almohadas limpias, no nuevas, estaban bastante usadas. ”The place is for long term. Lots of drug abusers loitering around. I must have missed extended stay. You have to take your own trash out. Smelled like lab work. Slept fully clothed. Never, ever, ever again. Would love to have money back.”

”Room has potential and it’s close to the airport. Our room (Ivy Cottage) had a terrible smell/must to it though. I’m guessing that’s because it’s above a restaurant. ”

”Horrible horrible horrible experience. We switched room three times because of bugs in sink/shower/cups, mold, dead bugs in bed. Doors do not fully close. No breakfast was really available, they only offered coffee, water and tea. No extra towels available. And construction being done next door and their start time was 6am. Front desk was rude and unable to do anything. Also hidden fees once we arrived and an extra $200 deposit requested to check in.”
