”Clean room hot shower”

”Vastaanotossa oli palvelualtis mieshenkilö kun tulimme yöllä hotelliin. Sängyt oli hyvän jämäkän. Valitettavaa oli, että emme voineet ladata mitään kun hotellihuoneen USB portit oli rikki. Hotellissa hyvin parkkipaikkoja.”

Whenever it was running, it made it difficult to hear the television, and I could not find a way to completely turn the heating/air conditioning system off. ”Much like all the other hotels and motels near major highways. Did not exceed my expectations. In fact, I was expecting a better breakfast based on prior reviews. Nothing special here; room and breakfast just average / typical.”

”The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and it was the reason we chose to stay at the Best Western (30 min. drive from a wedding we attended). The one thing that could be better, was the frig. It wasn't cold enough on the highest setting and our milk spoiled. We reported it and hopefully it will be fixed.”

”Super clean and comfy! All the staff we interacted with were absolutely lovely. Especially the barista! It was a quiet location even though it was right next to a busy highway. The only "downside" is that the doorway area isn't as well soundproofed so you do hear a lot of hallway sounds, though, that really wasn't any issue for our trip as there weren't any disruptive guests. Overall, great choice- would stay there again!”

”The rooms were huge!!! So great for families with kitchen and separate living room area. The bathroom was super large with double sinks and expanded mirror that covered one wall. Super comfortable place to stay.”

”The staff was friendly. But when we arrived there weren’t any luggage carts. Apparently they only have 2. We were staying 2 nights and was given 2 each of towels washcloths and hand towels. The next day the housekeeping staff took one of the used washcloths, 1 hand towel and the bath mat. They didn’t leave any clean replacements. When I asked I was told that they were out of washcloths and offered me 2 hand towels. It wasn’t until the last morning that I realized that they took the bath mat...

”The stay was very noisy. The fire station is only blocks away, and sirens went off multiple times in the middle of the night, providing no quiet rest at all.”

”Room was clean however cancelation of rooms are non refunded even though you have an emergency and indicated you need to leave 1 day in advance.”

”The stay was good. But, it was only one night. If I were to want to stay a week. I would think twice about it. The even staff, basically locked himself in the office. Didn’t allow us to come in for check in. Made us use a little window for transaction. Like if he was scared of contact with customers. Your establishment is in a nice area. I’ve been living in Waterbury, CT since 1994. I know all the bad areas to avoid. That location is not a bad area. So, I really wasn’t happy of the introduction...

”It is truly a clean establishment; nevertheless, with the exception of Amanda who checked us out, all three (3) black... I reiterate...all three (3) black concierge attendants who were there during our stay were totally absent in line of "COURTESY" particularly " SHARON" the one who checked us in. She insisted that "I got an accessible room." I said no and why would I? Are we handicap? I couldn't afford to argue with her....so I said...no problem. No smile, no courtesy whatsoever...I understood...
