”We stayed only one night since we went to a concert at the verizon amphitheater. The room was nice&clean, airco was quiet and the breakfast buffet was great. The breakfast included fresh fruit, different cereals & yogurts, waffel station, different eggs, porridge etc. There is really nothing close to the hotel but you can drive 10min to a nice mall.”

”Shower curtain rod was pulled out of the wall and falling down an unusable. Toilet easily plugged plugged up and had a plunger setting next to the toilet. First hotel we have ever stayed at that that had a plunger setting next to the toilet which should have been a clue! You can feel the coils in the mattress which made it difficult to sleep. ”The hotel looks somewhat old, but overall it appears to be in “good” condition. Unfortunately, our experience was very concerning. There were apparently bedbugs or some type of insects in the first room, because my mother developed welts all over her body. The staff moved us to another room, but that room had ants and spiders. We had to be moved a third time before we finally got a room that was decent. I would also like to mention that today we had to take my mother to the hospital because...
