âthe hotel claimed that they donât have our reservation. After showing the reservation confirmation they said that they need to see that we have paid the room. We showed them the comfirmation of the payment. After that they calmly said that the hotel is fullybooked. They had reservations only with Polish names - maybe they did not want foreign guests ! Nice to drive from Finland to Poland just to find out that there is no room in the hotel. â
