”The room was clean but lacked a few things .they had a A small alcove to hang your clothes no draws to put your underwear in so we had to keep them in the pockets of our suitcase.door didn’t lock properly you could push it open when you locked it.had work men in fixing the heating only three staff on.whenwe we arrived told us the restaurant was closed because of shortage of staff.if we would have been told this when we applied to book a room by sandbanks we wouldn’t have booked.l believe we...

”A very nice hotel, the room was great and had an absolutely wonderful over the bay! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and would recommend it any time to anyone. Thank you Dexter & co for an excellent stay and experience! We'll be back :)”

”The room was spotless,spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. It had a very large shower and bath. Shampoo was provided along with body wash and bath salts. The towels were spotless.The room had everything that you needed such as tea and coffee, buscuits and a hair dryer. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Would definately ho back and recommrnd to others.”

”Very challenging to actually leave a review as communication was poor, to the point that we followed the directions to the property only to find it didn't exist well at least not on this site or so the owner claimed! Unsure why this was only identified when we arrived in Barmouth this was extremely frustrating. I've checked out the owners claims and the property is still listed on numerous sites book it at your own risk !”

”This was just what we wanted. Peaceful, warm, well equipped and a stunning view of the sea. Comfortable beds, bathroom with a rain head shower, kitchen with EVERYTHING you need, large TV and comfortable reclining leather sofas and dining table upstairs. LOVELY owners who were super welcoming! Enjoyed the horses and sheep! We'll be back!! ”
