Do the bedroom windows open? I didnt quite have the strength to do it. ”

”The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant. After a long day at work and travelling I arrived to be told the restaurant wasn’t open. I was told there were places I could drive to but after a long day didn’t really want to. I got myself showered and changed. When down in the bar other residents were there and the next thing pizza arrived for staff and residents. Quite annoying that nobody had let me know when they were aware I was wanting food. ”Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit.”

”I arrived early to a super friendly host. Was invited into an open lounge for the quests with a roaring real fire . Offered refreshments and then shown to my room for the night. . Cannot fault the whole experience from start finish . Real home made breakfast, just a lovely environment , and a very good price I would have paid more for this . Thanks again to the host she was super lovely .My only regret is not spending more time there. ”
