”We had an awful experience here, starting with the check in process. After taking 15 minutes to check in the employee could not code the key card correctly for us so we never received a copy of the key card for our room. Luckily we were only staying one night. The room itself was dirty, dark black hairs on the bedding and there was writing on the sheets. There was no soap in the bathroom and the room had a smell. ”

”Property was fine. We woke up to the sound of screaming, yelling and laughing from 6:45-8:30AM by the room next door (226) and across the hallway. We are now extremely sleep deprived thanks to you guys putting us next to the most degenerate obnoxious people playing music, blasting reels, and “getting ready” on the other side of the connected room that sounded like they were in the same room as us. ”The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

”NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

”The hotel was like a big maze, we liked it, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. the room was nice and clean, the pool area was clean, is very well set up, no hut tub but the pool was very warm and big enough to swim laps. The gentleman at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. They had a big menu and big portions. The Shuttle was quick and on time.
