On the ground floor, the living areas form a harmonious and inviting heart of the house. The spacious kitchen opens out onto the flower-filled garden at the rear and the children’s play area, and is the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast in the first rays of the morning sun. Opposite is the living room, which, like the dining room, offers a wonderful view of the sea. Set slightly further back, the dining room invites you to enjoy dinner as the sun sets. From the upper floor, the sea view is even more impressive and makes you want to take a stroll to the beach, which is only about 100 metres away.



You can also dine on the terrace, savour the pleasantly cool evening air and enjoy peaceful moments outdoors. The sheltered outdoor area provides space for shared meals and relaxing moments.



From Barneville-Plage, you can easily reach the harbour at Carteret. A network of picturesque roads also leads to the region’s charming coastal villages. The local tourist office offers a wide range of excursion options – from discovery tours through the unspoilt dune landscapes with their diverse flora and fauna to trips to the Channel Islands, which you can already see from the house.
