This charming holiday home is located in the heart of a pedestrian-friendly hamlet made up of several small houses, at the foot of the Carteret dunes and close to the seaside resort's lighthouse. An ideal, quiet location just a few minutes from the first sandy beach. The pretty, bright living area offers direct access to the terrace and the small, fenced garden with a southwest orientation. Out of season, the closed fireplace provides pleasant warmth. You have free access to the 3 shared tennis courts and basketball court that belong to the small private hamlet.
