Receptionists, though smiling, could not answer simple questions about town. No brochures were available either, only photocopied town map, which was not very clear. ”Small and cozy hotel, good location. Excellent breakfast. PC with printer in lobby (good because we had to print out our train and flight tickets ). Small minus for the cleaning: the room was not ready when we entered it at 3:30 PM. Obviously communication breakdown between lobby and cleaning. ”Hotel location was good, tram line nro 1 goes 150m away from hotel. but behind the buildings so no noice. Room was simply no carpet just bed and small table, enough room for clothes and luggage. toilet basic things no bidee, but this is normal in Germany.. I haven't see any bidee in any hotel in Germany. local shop, doner kebab and pizzeria and bier garden in 50 m from hotel ;) nice lake in nearby (5min) to walk around or jogging.”
