”Reception was busy, but helpful once the delay was cleared after about 10 mins. Also on two occassions during our stay we tried calling reception unsuccessfully until disconnected.
We enjoyed the free wine tasting hour with Kies and cannt recall the Friday night winery, but was also enjoyed.
Buffet breakfast was superb, a good selection of fruit, cereals and hot food.(need to update your toasters though,very slow!)
The room was excellent, king bed, fantastic bathroom, with aa very useful...

”The staff were amazing, everything was clean. Only thing was the rooms were not soundproof and you could hear all the noise from the convention centre early in the morning. But overall it was a very comfortable stay and in a great location.”
