”Staff was very unprofessional, ordered 5 drinks at the hotel bar with my family before going out for a dinner reservation, 40 mins later drinks hadn’t arrived and we were going to be late for our reservation. only one drink was made, so i cancelled the order but the staff got upset and started talking back and demanded i pay the €12 for the drink she had made out of the 5 i had asked for. very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

”The room felt spacious and was very clean. The hotel was well kept and I think that the beach access and the pine cliffs are the best part of it. Breakfast was delicious and most of the staff were very nice and friendly, especially Jessica in reception 😊
Unfortunately the checkout experience wasn’t a nice one; a young gentleman who checked us out was being a bit rude and acted like he was very frustrated and annoyed by me even tho I don’t think I gave him any reason for that. This interaction...
