Bon séjour, mais une odeur désagréable à améliorer. J'ai récemment séjourné à Crown Plaza Barranquilla pour un voyage de 6 jours et globalement, l'expérience a été satisfaisante. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche de C.C. Buena Vista. Le personnel était courtois et très serviable, répondant rapidement à toutes mes demandes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, avec un lit confortable qui m'a permis de bien me reposer après de longues journées de visite. Le petit-déjeuner offert était varié et savoureux, avec des options pour tous les goûts. Cependant, un point négatif a quelque peu terni mon séjour : il y avait une mauvaise odeur à l'étage de ma chambre et dans ma chambre. Je recommande à la direction de l'hôtel de trouver une solution rapide et efficace pour éliminer cette nuisance. En résumé, Crown Plaza Barranquilla offre un bon rapport qualité-prix avec de nombreux aspects positifs, mais il est important de résoudre les problèmes d'odeur pour améliorer l'expérience globale des clients.

Ok buen hotel ek desayuno puede mejorar casi lo mismo todos los dias, ademas si es x ser hotel 4* o 5* faltan algunas animidades en la habitacion pluma para escribir alguna agua de cortesia libreta para apuntar o tomar notas. No hay q estar pidiendo eso. X lo demas todo bien

Really noisy rooms, you can’t sleep because you can hear and feel all steps, doors slammed, people talking loudly everywhere. I was in the suite area and even there it was really noisy.

Love this property. Was my 2nd time there. Would be 10 out of 10 except we were told breakfast was not included in my reservation which i didnt question at the time. Bought breakfast at the mall but then became curious as i didn't recall an option to select or not select breakfast. Upon checking my reservation it clearly stated it included breakfast. They tried to make it up to us by offering lunch but we had an 11 am departure time to get to the airport on time...we took some food to go; but i wonder how could they have gotten it so wrong from the start...wonder if my large black American family was a factor as we got stares from staff and guests alike for being able to stay at a nice hotel and we were the only black family there....

It was a basic experience the picture online makes it look more extravagant than it is. the breakfast didn’t really capture Colombia. Staff was very nice though.

The staff at this hotel its just marvelous, excellent service… amenities, location.. From the day of arrival i was recieved by lobby staff.l,Very professional… Juner working at lobby front desk, was very helpful and charismatic.. from restaurants advice and city. Activities to transportation accommodation..bartenders sergio and jonathan always on point with service.. very nice people in this hotel and city.. good breakfast.. local food.. pool clean and rooms always clean..

The staff was great, the rooms are nice, but we had tons of minor inconveniences, the first room we got, the AC was not working, so we had to sleep in another room, they were very nice and gave me an upgrade, the suite was super spacious and nice, but the washer/dryer was not working, the hair dryer was missing and the replacement broke… and the floors could use a good mopping. The staff was always nice and helpful. They could invest on maintenance of the facilities. It is convenient to major shopping centers and restaurants. The pool area is very pretty with great city views.
