Great hotel and great Spa. Probably top 2 or 3 hotels in Barranquilla city center area. Hospitality is a human skill and when it comes to service Movich Buro 51 gets it and does an amazing job.
Kary in the front desk is absolutely amazing. I enjoyed my stay, and the room was great. The hotel is Very safe and parking underground and well guarded. The Lobby is at a higher floor accessible only by security guard help or your room key....ask for Kary she is amazing. Maria Jose massage was excellent and very professional.
Breakfast variety was disappointing frankly for the kind of hotel it is. You will have a decent breakfast but basic....Colombia the land of most delicious fruits in the world but breakfast did not reflect that, at all...coffee however was EXCELLENT ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The young man managing the restaurant was very attentive to people needs both days I was there. I would suggest spoons on the table...it was weirdly difficult to find spoons and when I asked the server he gave me a wooden stick already on my table without knowing what I needed it for ( I had a yogurt in front of me...)
The VIP Salon was a nice touch too!
Rooms are great, nicely and tastefully decorated, spacious and very clean! I am a diamond member in Hilton but Movich Baru, thanks to Kary and others is why I will be back here and why I prefer Movick for sure.
4 stars for the hotel and 5 for service.
