”The stay is in a great area. All spots in old san juan are walkable from this place. The water heater was not working when we checked in. The owner was responsive and got it fixed. The floor was peeling off. ”

”The room was clean and good. On the second morning the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a really nice surprise! The hotel was easy to find and we got some good tips for restaurants and things to do from the reception.”

”You get what you pay for. Old building and room needs some freshening up - paint, but you are in Old San Juan which is really a cool place. You are directly across from two bars and next to one, so it is a bit noisy late into the night (use the ear plugs). If you are looking to party each night into the wee hours then this is an awesome location. Room 11 has a detached bathroom you will need to cross a hallway, but you are at the end of hall. Air conditioner in the room is awesome - sincerely...

”Nice location with a lot of places to visit walking distance ! Clean, definitely not ussual apartments just 1 tiny room but great price ,looks like most places in Old San Juan are like that because of the old 19th century buildings! Thanks!”

”We really enjoyed staying at your place. It was a great value. The location across the street from La Cubanita was lovely. We enjoyed the balcony. After a longer stay in Vieques we stayed at a different place before returning to NY that we did not like as much as your place even though it had more amenities. The check in process was flawless. ”Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place.”

”I like the Old San Juan Rentals. Right in the middle of everything in Old San Juan, if you want the city's vibe with all the restaurants and shopping you want. I like the active feel and evening walk. I was blessed with two days of street parking with no worry because of the presence of security in the area. I parked at the $3 lot for the other two days, which is very safe. There is no elevator in my building, but it was okay for me and my family. We enjoyed our time. I love the fact that the...
