”Check-in was smooth, but the wait for the room was far too long. By 5:00 PM, I still hadn’t received any notification. When I went to the front desk, I was told the room was still being cleaned, and it was only after I complained that they arranged another room for me.
The room looked clean overall, but some less noticeable areas, such as the chair backs and the wall shelves, didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. The bathtub also drained a bit slowly, which could be improved.”

”We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The lady who checked us in (sorry not to have gotten her name) was welcoming and friendly. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and went out of her way to make sure we had directions and a map. The breakfast was very good, well stocked and the area was clean. The ladies working there greeted us with friendly smiles. We particularly appreciated the no pets policy.
We're looking forward to staying there again.”

”Our stay at the hotel was very good. Lots of parking, very friendly & helpful staff. Also having breakfast included is such a wonderful convenience. Lots of variety & very nice people staffing it.
The room was very nice & clean. We didn’t use the pool this visit, but it looked very nice. We highly recommend the hotel especially if visiting Casino Rama as right across the street. We thought the price was pretty reasonable too.”

”Our studio king room was all we needed clean & comfortable. Had a fireplace but not needed. Kitchenette was very handy. I am not a fan of carpet so that was a down for me.
The continental breakfast was just ok. Eggs cold, no protein. All else was as expected for a continental style. I will say the coffee was actually good. Very convenient location too. Staff wonderful. If in town again, we would go back.”

”Great room and bed size. We got the room with 2 queen beds. There was fridge and microwave in there as well. Room was on ground floor with balcony access right to the parking lot so was really convenient. There was an outdoor and an indoor pool, both heated and very clean. Reception was very nice both at check in and checkout.”
