”No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy....

”We loved our stay! Our host was very attentive which made our check in and out, easy. The house was FULLY stocked which was a huge plus. We would absolutely consider renting again on our next trip.Although it did not detract from the overall stay, I would like to warn guests (especially older guests) of the raised dining room, which you can see in the property photos. It is elevated above the kitchen and the living room areas and the two floor levels blend in seamlessly. Even knowing the step...

”great location, but otherwise just okay. For the cost, we should have gone for a hotel. One of the bedrooms clearly wasn’t insulated, and all of them still had AC units duct taped in the windows (for new years weekend.) The lockbox was difficult to use every time we went in and out, and when we moved one of the sofas so all of us could watch a movie, there was old food underneath. ”

”This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. ”

”Check in process super user friendly. Kitchen was adequate for breakfast and light lunch. Not sure it would have worked for a nighttime cooked meal but we had planned to only eat breakfast there. ”

”We had a great time in Narragansett vacationing with family whose ages ranged from 1 to 75. The house was well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the linen closets to the shed full of beach supplies, all of which was a plus. Justin was easy to communicate with at all stages. There was ample space for everyone to hang out, and we made good use of the larger-than-expected dining area to play board games in the evening. When we encountered an issue with the freezer, Justin was very accommodating...
